It is important the Franchisor set the Franchisee up for success. We work with Franchisors to develop the strategic marketing road maps for Franchisees to follow enabling them to achieve early wins in their markets. We can develop all brand building communications for 90 days pre and 90 days post grand opening. ensuring consistency from geography to geography.
Finding franchisee candidates who want to be advocates for the brand’s purpose is the goal. gdj works with the franchise sales group to develop materials used to communicate the brand’s value to candidates. gdj improves the Discovery Day experience through enhanced material development as well as expert speaking on Brand development.
Part of the pre and post grand opening process is working with the franchisees to give them plans and training to acquire new customers. Creating plans for community programming, ambassador development, social and digital media, etc. is critical to the success of each franchisee. Our plans generate customer leads vital to better the business growth.
